Bill shouldn't be allowed to make any offensive skill position decisions. Just OT. He can draft any defensive player he likes. Bill has won enough SBs to ride out a decade of losses, in my opinion. He's the best coach of all time. I don't care what anyone says. And honestly, he's in his 70s. Most people in their 70s shouldn't be allowed to operate a barbecue. He's running a NFL franchise.

Don’t get it twisted. I love Bill and every thing he’s done for this franchise. But he has no idea how to keep a modern day nfl lockeroom. He doesn’t get the young guys. He doesn’t speak their language. These teams that are winning, they have either a really strong leader, or they have one of these coaches that know how to speak to their guys.

Worse than the drafting errors on offense, bill shelled out huge money for some horrible free agents. We spent almost 100 mil in free agency after making the playoffs and didn’t get shit for it.
