Don’t get it twisted. I love Bill and every thing he’s done for this franchise. But he has no idea how to keep a modern day nfl lockeroom. He doesn’t get the young guys. He doesn’t speak their language. These teams that are winning, they have either a really strong leader, or they have one of these coaches that know how to speak to their guys.

Worse than the drafting errors on offense, bill shelled out huge money for some horrible free agents. We spent almost 100 mil in free agency after making the playoffs and didn’t get shit for it.

It's the contracts more than the drafting, in my opinion. NE use to thrive on finding mid-level talent on mid-level deals and finding great players in the draft. They haven't done that in almost a decade.

To your other point, do I think Bill is a better X's and O's guy than Campbell? I do. Is he a better leader? Not even close at this point. Dan inspires players. Bill makes them hate themselves it seems.

You can plug any new plays onto the lions after and injury, and while you feel the talent loss, it still feels like the team is kind of the same. That’s how you know it’s a well lead team. Sure with everyone health they do better. But they lost guys in the off-season and the new guys came in and filled the role perfectly. That’s how the patriots were when Tom was the leader here. As soon as he left, so did that vibe.

Now it’s like no matter who you bring in they under perform. That’s how you know it’s time for a HC change. It’s not like it’s been a season or two. This is the 4th season and it’s gotten worse every single year. Unless they strike gold with a qb who is a generational talent this shits a wrap until bill leaves
