That is true. The defense did come up big. I think the 49ers were playing too conservatively with the lead. Instead of trying to run up the score, they were playing for first downs to run the clock.

We know the QBs always get the credit. But I think Patrick did deserve MVP. He had the 1st rushing touchdown. He clutched the 3rd and long to Tyreek. He delivered the touchdown to Kelce and Damien for the lead. Damien did put the final nail in the coffin with the rushing TD. Honestly, i did not seeing them coming back from behind against that 49ers front 4. Maybe the Chiefs offensive line deserves an MVP mention as well.
