They could've thrown him at least a bone or two. There were moments he could've at least been on the field. But it is what it is. He gets a ring. He did play a role in getting there. And many great players never even see this game from the sidelines - let alone a team win.

It was pretty cool actually. Went to a party with all my life long Chief homies, one had some in-laws in attendance at the game. They face timed so we got to see all the confetti and shit at the end with everyone acting like idiots. It was great seeing their team finally win it, most of their dads weren't even watching football back in 1970. I was happy for them.

My high school coach was also celebrated before the game. His team won a state title apparently. Lot more enjoyable than the last several for me tbh.
