@Madmick
Here's someone credible telling us exactly what I told you fam
This goes beyond PFF grading, its like 90% of advanced metrics like DVOA.
Why are you tagging me with some strawman about JJ Watt dissing PFF? I don't give a shit.@Madmick

Oh, my bad. I thought you liked education. Why are you tagging me with some strawman about JJ Watt dissing PFF? I don't give a shit.
Here's an Atlantic article from last year that talks about how coaches now incorporate analytics at every level. Coaches and coordinators openly talk about how they incorporate analytics into their coaching. It talks about the NFL Big Data Bowl that exists, now, for Christ's sake.
NFL’s nerds vs. coaches battle is over: How both sides are helping each other win
Nor does JJ's take discount the overwhelming correlation between the QBs rated as the best in the league by pundits or coaches, and not necessarily for races like the MVP which are preoccupied with production, and the very statistics you seek to deny have validity in measuring a QB's acumen.
You know what's ironic? The only major advanced metric for overall QB performance I recall seeing that had Justin Fields ahead of Jordan Love at the end of the regular season was PFF's QB Grade. LOL. Dogshit, indeed.
LOL, it's JJ Watt dissing on PFF which is a fantasy-centric website.Oh, my bad. I thought you liked education.
I guess you're smarter than actual hall of fame players and coaches when it comes to grading the game
Btw, the big stat nerds you're a fan of are the dorks Staley brought in. Guess who's out of a job? The guy who brought in nerds.
The stats you try to bring into any conversation are purely based on top down analysis with the assumption they're properly allocating a grade or rating when they aren't and can't. That's my entire point. I'd say I'm sorry I tagged you because your post is the worst so far in this thread, but I'll gladly laugh at you.
Yeah the grading itself is a little suspicious and the rankings especially. In most cases I think their grades do show whether someone has played well or not. It’s also true that no one on the outside knows the exact playcall, assignment etc. Andy Herman (not PFF) grades every Packers snap every season and usually the guys who grade out bad are cut after the season, so you can get a feel as an outsider. They refuse to tell how their “grades” are calculated. That makes them look like clowns.
Lol at asking Vogg for statistics. Only stats he know are hate crime stats.I was asking for any statistics, advanced or traditional, to substantiate your opinion that the Niners recorded league-leading pass protection in the regular season.
didn't read this diatribe bud, don't care about your schizo postsLOL, it's JJ Watt dissing on PFF which is a fantasy-centric website.
I just linked you an article with multiple coaches and coordinators testifying that, yes, they have embraced the practicality of analytics. Not that the analytics they're fusing into strategy were necessarily the focus of our debate. I was asking for any statistics, advanced or traditional, to substantiate your opinion that the Niners recorded league-leading pass protection in the regular season.
Did JJ argue that, here? Did he cite a coach who argues it? Is there some consensus of these great NFL minds asserting that Purdy would be a trashcan on any other team? Any explanation for why Purdy has so massively outperformed all other Niner QBs in the past few years given the same alleged top-tier protection? Especially when Sam Darnold recorded better numbers last year on the Carolina Panthers than he did this year on the Niners with that supposedly incredible pass protection? You know, the Panthers, the worst team in the league.
Rumor is Stafford has broken ribs and a fractured finger on his throwing hand. Dude is fucking tough as nails. I'll always have hespect for Stafford.

Yep. Every fightet should win every fight by knockout too. Right?never leave the games in the hands of the ref. Simple as that. If Allen just blew the Chiefs out every time this wouldn’t be a thing.
If the game wasn’t close then the bills wouldn’t have to worry about all those penalties. Don’t be butt hurt because you’re a bills fan. Take the game out the refs hands.Yep. Every fightet should win every fight by knockout too. Right?
More like Bunk Moronland.
Bring in Famous Jameis
The referees try harder for the Chiefs my dood. Par for the course. You guys should try harder (no offense)
The Chiefs are 86-25 with Mahomes as a starter, so 8-2 is essentially par for the course. (Think I saw that stat on twitter and confirmed it on Pro-Football Reference)
Should be a good game, looking forward to it.
