I think thats the right move. Hasnt been handed reigns like his brother was. Zero rush to leave a great situation as a coordinator.

A lot of co-ordinators go from hot to complete jabronis though. Slowik was a hot head coach candidate then got fired as the Texans' OC the next year and can barely find a job (although looks like he's being promoted as of an hour ago). Leftwhich was a hot head coach candidate then got fired by the Buccs and can't find a job.

It's a gamble either way.
