Unless a DB has insane numbers the DPOY is a Dline/LB(Edge) award. I never see anyone mention Joey Porter who's had a tremendous season or L'Jarius Sneed who's continuing to be dominant. These guys are all right there with Surtain, Sauce, and Johnson.

Charvarius Ward was a Chief when the defense was shit. Unlike Sneed I didn't mind seeing him go. It's terrible about his daughter but I don't miss his play for the Chiefs.
