I guess if you're lazy as fuck. Full time is 12 credits which is basically 4 classes a week. Lots of people, myself included managed heavier credit loads than that while working our way through college. Also, Community college is easy as fuck, its a joke.

Honestly it depends on the cc and the major you are preparing for. Some community colleges are harder than avg/below avg 4 year schools

Wouldnt it be better to go against the puppy mills directly. Setting a high standard for breeders which would require some kind of certificate if you want to sell them direct or to pet stores.
If a pet store sells puppies, not from a certified breeder you could get then go after them for that.
But I am no expert on the subject just brainstorming.

2) California only has the ability to regulate puppy mills within its borders. Even if a law shut down all the puppy mills in the state, California pet stores would simply source their puppies from Oregon, Nevada, Arizona or other states without puppy mill laws.

By prohibiting the sale of puppy mill dogs at pet stores, you’re eliminating the largest source of income for these operations and minimizing their incentive to crank out animal after animal.

Also sounds like some federal regulation would be good against puppy mills that could be enforced nationwide.

Only full time Community College being free would just make it harder for lower income students that need to work. Not only to go to school but to support themselves or help support families.

This is 100% pure bullshit. According to the OP it says the FIRST year of community college is free for full-time students. FIRST year is a bunch of garbage introduction courses which are usually in the 100 level. Full time usually means 12 credit hours so most people will be looking at 3-4 classes... my point being that "full time" in first year community college isn't anything difficult or time consuming, so anybody should be able to hold down a job as well as school.

I hate when somebody like you takes this negative approach that giving away free college is now going to make it harder for people to survive. Would you prefer they remove this all together and continue to make people pay for it? I'm sure those low-income people you're talking about would love to pay for college when they didn't have to.
