Yes, he seems to be lifting for strength/explosiveness, but does he really need any more of them for his new career? Cain is quick and athletic as is, he can do the stunts needed in WWE. What he needs to be successful is the looks. He needs more bodybuilder-y types of exercises (or, to to be more precise, more bodybuilder-y execution) - slower, with cleaner technique and no cheating. Not to mention Cain, being so injury prone, is just inviting trouble with that kind of training...
P.S. Of course with Cain is mostly genetics, no matter what he does in the gym he needs a lot of USADA-forbidden pills to make the difference.
