What in the actual fuck. The guy is just not smart. He has no discipline whatsoever, it's burn it at %110 until injury hoping for fast results ego lifting bullshit.

He's going to be racing Ronnie Coleman in a wheelchair at this rate.


Could it be self sabotage so he doesn't have to work? I mean it looks like he is literally trying to injure himself with that snap at the end of the rep.
 
I'm powerlifting at the minute and close to an 800kg total

I do feel a bit heavy, but at least I have the muscle, it's easy to diet down in about 12 weeks

He is trying to do heavy clean pulls, but his technique isn't that good. He needs to focus on technique instead of just muscling through the movement. Defeats the purpose.
 
i can lift that same weight and am not a famous athlete. so i feel better about myself now

I had traps before ever touched a weight

I used to box/kickbox and did maybe 200 pushups a day for 15 years

On my son's life I have never used synthol

I just have weird fucking traps and I never train them directly

I have juiced, but mainly just sarms in recent years
 
In all seriousness if anything I do know it's how to program for strength

Nobody gives a shit about your form, i always see mma fighters training with bad form and they dont care, its not like bodybuilders are an example of health and longevity, they look like they got the lowest quality muscle possible filled with oil, stiff as a board and lat flaring like insecure morons, he trains for explosivity and transitioning to shrugs is a nice addition
