I'm taking a trip to China this summer for over a month so it is going to be very difficult to stay strong without a gym on hand. I was wondering if anyone knows a "full body" workout regiment that can at least help maintain my strength until I get back. And I'd like it to focus on strength rather than any endurance, if there is anything that will work for that. I know nothing can beat the free weights but I want to be able to do as much as I can on a minimum basis. Thanks for any advice.
