Neck Problems

recently started doing squats and good morning, and my neck feels alittle dodgy, and banged up. i can only assume i am holding the bar in the wrong place. The bar did have a habbit of rolling onto my neck during the good mornings. Any advice, tips?
 
The bar shouldn't be anywhere near your neck during either movement. It should be stapled to the middle - lower part of your rhomboids for greater stability.

Concerning neck pain, I absolutely swear by a book called, "7 Steps to a Pain-Free Life: How to Rapidly Relieve Back and Neck Pain."
