I turned 30 recently. The ability to be irresponsible and imbibe the various waters of life is severely diminished. It’s more annoying because all the older coaches told me it’ll happen

That said, I'm really liking the way RBY is wrestling right now and I think he can out-slick Fix.

After Fix popped for the exact PED someone in his position would use to maximize his performance.. I kinda find it hard to root for him

He chose to wrestle this year. Has no one to blame but himself. It’s frustrating because a healthy Spencer is our best shot to medal at the Olympics. But he’s a loyal athlete who wants nothing more than to help his team win. Nothing better from a coach’s perspective. I just think ultimately his loyalty to Iowa will cost him some success on the international scene.

Torn ACL confirmed... such a shame, would have loved to see him in Tokyo.
