It's funny that something Pops did in a handful of games towards the end of the season (that he'd often win sitting 1 star player at at a time) has become so widely hated because of abuse. Kawhi doesn't understand there is a difference between a top coach of all time strategically resting an all time great player a few times a season with himself taking off like 15% of games.

It just seems different when your boss (coach) tells you to take the day off because you have had a long storied career and are old v.s. you just deciding it's rest time and bailing on your boys.

I will say this though: I know nothing of what Kawhi faces on the daily with his quad issue. Maybe he feels pain? Maybe he feels fatigue? Maybe he is playing through pain stoically sometimes and idk. Either way yoffs this year will be lit and maybe I need to chill on Kawhi hate.

The clips have 1 lone problem, and it has NOTHING to do w/ Kawhi or the team not trusting him (that is so laughable it's absurd)

clearly, their one issue is Doc keeping Lou Williams in when the starters come back in the late 3rd/early 4th

That's how LAL beat them recently, Lebron (quite astutely i might add, he should be MVP this year) switched off every possession to get Lou on the PnR and just destroyed him every time

It's why they shouldn't have traded Harkless, as i said.

Kawhi was ok last year, but he was bailed out a lot in the finals by FVV, Lowry, and Siakim. Oh yeah and the entire warriors roster was injured. Steph had a busted up hand, Klay blew his knee, Cousins was hurt, and KD played 10mins that whole series on top of Looney getting hurt because of Kawhis reckless play.

Hats off to the Raps, they won. But let's not act like Kawhi was the main reason.
