Yes but he also got Gafford, Lively, and PJ Washington, Tim Hardwaway Jr, Kyre Irving and Christian Wood. He churned a roster into guys who worked extremely well around Luka Doncic. I don't know how much Nico had to do with losing Brunson because Cuban's cheap ass seemed to be the problem there.

Cuban is maybe more culpable than anyone. He brought in Nico, then he sold to people who don't know or care about basketball. And I don't care how many good moves Nico made, and he made a fair number of them, his one bad move was equivalent to sinking the Titanic.

Shams is talking a lot of specifics here, saying the organization was in full alignment on trading Luka, from ownership, to Nico, to his staff, to coach Jason Kidd. As some people said in the comments, Kidd looked "shell shocked" at the press conference afterwards. I don't know what to believe anymore. The entire thing is so gdamn shady. Every detail of it.

I would feel better if these two cunts weren't involved. The two guys closest to Nico were put in interim positions. They should definitely not be in charge of an AD trade. Finley was the dickhead that took the beer out of Luka's hand.

Michael Finlay didnt fist bump me when I was 14 and I called him a bum or a bitch, I don't remember. Antoine Walker and Josh Howard thought it was hilarious and gave me handshake/fist bumps and Shawn Bradley's massive mitt swallowed my hand. He just did it because they did it lmao
 
thunder are pretty lucky getting a guy like Caruso. He brings that tough energy and leadership every team needs.

Yes, I want AD's upside for the playoffs and a championship. Julius Candle is a good fit but AD is a better player for the post season. He would get to play PF with Gobert and it would shore up Gobert's inability to defend the perimeter in the yoffs. AD has quick enough feet and is a great rim protector to offset those weaknesses.

AD is obv amazing but he got injured three times last year, in his first and last games for the Mavs.. and hes already injured and we like 8 games into this season.

The guy seems legit broken.

No doubt. That was the most corrupt trade in history. Don't know exactly what the reason was, whether it was the league looking to save the Lakers from irrelevancy, or something to do with relocating the Mavs, but it was pure fuckery. Ain't no GM of Professional Basketball that fucking dumb. Nico should get out of Basketball and write a tell all book. Hopefully, he's angry enough to do it.
