Nate Diaz: If I'm gonna fight anybody, it's gonna be Conor

Actually he isn't he's 1-1 an that's a FACT. There isn't even a case to be made for Nate winning the 2nd one, a draw was as generous as could possibly be but even that would have been ridiculous.
we live in a post-fact society. It is more based on opinions and arguing them for as hard and long as possible

I'd be pissed off if I was a Nate fan. I heard he's taking time off, now he's getting his boxing license in California too, seems like he's doing to Conor what he's done with Nick all his life, following him around like a puppy dog.

If Nate was smart he would take a couple of fights and build on the high profile he created for himself last March. The trilogy fight against McGregor is inevitable but it's possible it won't happen for 2 maybe 3 years depending on whether McGregor retains LW belt, fights for WW or fights Floyd. Is Nate actually going to sit out for a couple years waiting? it's hard to respect that.
He's got that name recognition to headline a card now. Why Not?

Might as well lol he's in Limbo as far as fights go. Can't beat the top guys at WW,likely loses to most of the top 5 at lw.

Right, cause Republicans are all about personal freedom, banning drugs abortion and sodomy, telling grown adults who they can and can't marry, telling people they can't piss where they want, yeah, thats the party of freedom right there, freedom to go on a fucking shooting spree maybe

Nate Diaz quite literally fought, physically fought, for everything he has. He caught a break hyping a good fight vs Conor, the two mix well and produce good buildup, of course he's going to say Conor is his ideal opponent, and it's true

you sound like a triggered feminist hillary cuck LOL

He's playing it smart.

He's made 10 times more in 2 fights with McG than he did in ALL of his previous fights combined.

A third fight sets him up financially for life.
Yeah pretty much, when Conor does things to make money he's a genius, yet Nate does the same thing and makes money (because of another fighter according to some) that would make him a mastermind. Also I know Conor fans know nothing about any other fighters, Nates been doing this for awhile it's whys he's gotten undeserved title shots and constantly been on main cards and fight night headliners. Not a needle mover but he's arguably in the top 5 of most interesting/popular fighters in the UFC

The fight with Diaz will happen after McGregor loses the lightweight title.
i think he waits until Khabib vs Ferg sign, then he pays his Nevada fine and comes back early for a March UFC 209 fight vs Nate. Winner of Ferg/Khabib vs winner of Nate/Conor 3.

Might as well lol he's in Limbo as far as fights go. Can't beat the top guys at WW,likely loses to most of the top 5 at lw.
Only "big money" fight for Nate is vs Conor currently. But win or lose, he could headline or co-main a Ppv card vs Aldo in Brazil or Ca if Aldo came up to 155, vs Cerrone 2 at 155 or 170 in Colorado or Ca, vs Wonderboy at 170 in Texas or NY or Nv.. Nick could fight Maia on the Nate/Aldo card and Melendez could fight Barao at 145lbs, Nick could fight Condit 2 on the Nate/Cerrone card and Melendez could fight Swanson or BJ at 145lbs, Nick could fight Bisping on the Nate/Wonderboy card and Melendez could fight Johnson or Iaquinta at 155lbs.

Would like to see Nate fight Gall and Chisea at 155 and Nick fight Masvidal and Magney at 170.. But neither are "money" fights for the Diaz bros.

Of course he will pick Colin since its easiest match up for him

Nate is 2:0 against McGoobz

Yeah and you are just a desperate hater just like those who liked this pathetic hopeless shit.

Take a good look at that post guys. Conor beating Nate in the rematch absolutely crushed these people's dreams :D

Can't hate on him for this. He is a mediocre fighter that gets wrecked by the top fighters but stylistically he can handle Conor and make more money than he can fighting all others combined.

A fight vs Alvarez makes a lot of sense, is a very exciting match-up and a winnable fight for Diaz. If Nate wins it, it sets him up beautifully for a rematch with Conor.

No way the UFC is going to put that together. At minimum Nate would have to work his way back up with another fight with someone like Alvarez first.

People in this thread are desperate to spin this Nate thing with "easy payday" stuff.

He'll do anything to keep his name attached to Conor. Conor is a big payday for everybody. Nate brings little to the table.

That's terrible money. By the time you pay your gym and coaches you are left with nothing.

Nate said he was flat broke before the Johnson fight. He had nothing.

For the RDA fight he was at 20/20. But he didn't get the second 20. And he lost 20% for missing weight. And he was fined for not wearing the kit. If his kit fine was similar to RDA's then he basically fought for nothing, after expenses and fines.
