A lot of the guys I was thinking of the posters already said, so I'll say Bigfoot Silva, he has been knocked out soooooooooooo many times, and taken so much head shots. He is so slow and just can't get out of the way so he takes everything flush, he's been brutally beat up the last 5 years and he is like 0-16 if you count all his MMA, Kickboxing, BKFC fights in recent times.

When he was in his prime and younger he still took a lot of flush shots because he's just crazy slow and sluggish, but obviously as he's got older he's got much worse and even slower, he can barely even move in the last few years and guys just use him as a punching bag. Its so sad to see, really sad to see it, should have retired a very long time ago, I can't believe how much damage he has taken

Had the brutal Jones beatdown, 2 wars with concrete hands Hendo, 3 wars with Lil Nog, had his arm fucked up against Coleman early on, Chute Box wars with Wanderlei in the gym, fucked up knee, dropped by Gus, plus in the tail end of his career got KO'd a lot of times by way beneath fighters than him such as OSP, Anthony Smith, Paul Craig and Ihor Potieria.
