well today,

I jumped roped for around 15 mins.

then did tabata.

so around 20 mins of cardio today.

supplements i took was green tea, going to take some again soon.
 
ok today

breakfast-egg ham and toast and green tea

dinner-crappy spegetti, turnip greens, and toast- and a cup of green tea

and will do tabata tonight and some burpee's.
 
ok been jumproping and doing tabata, did some burpees oh my god they kicked my ass.

i did 5 burpees everytime i messed up when i jump roped, crap i was about to die.

after christmas i start my stack soon

ok went to the gym saturday did a total body work out and i had some amp samples and wow did i get a good pump, might buy some to go with my sesathin.

tonight
for dinner i had chicken breat, and dirty rice.
 
ok so been doing pretty good my weight is at 198 and i just bought some green tea extract, so that weight will be coming down some more with that and some hard cardio.
