in the last 2-3 months, i've probably put on 30 lbs, most of it around the gut. :icon_cry2 during that time, i had slacked off on my running and increased my eating of junk: ice cream, pizza, and burgers. i'm thinking this journal will help me stay on track. if i maintain a regimen of regular running and cut back on the junk, i should lose the gut. i'm 6' tall and weighing in at 230 lbs. last night I ran 2.5 miles at 6mph on a 4.0 incline on the treadmill. my goal is to get back to 200 by 12/31
