I asked this coworker out I had a crush on and she rejected me, and that pain burned me. So I'm gonna decide to change things in my life for the better

1. Lose weight and start to eat healthy
2. Put on muscle and get a good physique
3. Get a motorcycle license and be a motorcycle guy
4. Learn a martial arts, and compete in fights. Im thinking Muay Thai
5. Get a high paying job
6. Become a better social person and get better at flirting with women
7. Make sure I have a good haircut and better fashion

You just lit a fire under my ass, thanks

Dude, I know, rejection hurts but you don't need to do a complete overhaul of your life because one chick turned you down. So, take it easy. There's nothing wrong with wanting to make some improvements to your heath & appearance but start with some realistic goals.

Good luck. I hope you feel better about yourself soon.

it's the shit way I talked to her rather than rejection, which hurts knowing I could have done better and gotten the number

Work on 1, 5 and 7. 2 and 6 will come easier after progress there.

Or just start with 1. Feeling better projects and helps with the rest

Of all the ways to deal with rejection, yours isn't the worst. Use that fire as motivation to improve, and you'll soon forget her.

Get better at talking to women, have the confidence that you have options, and learn to not take it personally when you get rejected.

8. Take partner dance classes like bachata. You'll meet tons of women, become comfortable with dancing and impress chicks with your moves. It's sometimes so easy to meet women while dancing I couldn't believe I didn't do it sooner. It also helps with martial arts.

have a female friend pretend to break up with you because of your dick being too big within earshot of your crush. Make sure she sells it by waddling away like she is experiencing some discomfort down there.

If she happens to be liberal minded have a guy do this routine. She will think you open minded and progressive.

If you think you really need to step up for this girl then have both the guy and the girl come and give you this speech. Then she will really think "wow this guy fucks"

You can thank me in the update thread.

Why the fuck do you need 3 and 4?

Glad youre using it as motivation to change for the better brother.

We're here for you.

Looking forward to hearing about your muaythai and motorcycle guy phase.
