I asked this coworker out I had a crush on and she rejected me, and that pain burned me. So I'm gonna decide to change things in my life for the better
1. Lose weight and start to eat healthy
2. Put on muscle and get a good physique
3. Get a motorcycle license and be a motorcycle guy
4. Learn a martial arts, and compete in fights. Im thinking Muay Thai
5. Get a high paying job
6. Become a better social person and get better at flirting with women
7. Make sure I have a good haircut and better fashion

That's everything that I told myself that I need to do...
1) Haven't done. I do eat healthier food, but portion sizes are still too big.
2) Quit the gym due to nagging injuries. Must go back, but lost motivation entirely.
3) Applied for a rented garage from my local council. Haven't heard back from them yet.
4) There's nowhere for me to do it in my vicinity.
5) Got a job that isn't the highest paying, but allows me to save good money whilst keeping me relatively stress-free.
6) See 4, plus I'm still in a relationship.
7) Failed so far. Still nagging the missus to give me a haircut as I trust only her with it. I'm also thinning on top and it's affected my psyche far more than I thought it would. Also, I don't want to spend money on frivolous things.

I was in a pit for years before my ex, then went back to the pit when my ex dumped me, but it didn't take me long to realise that it wouldn't have worked due to the fact that I had nothing for her at the time, plus mild ADD and years of loneliness screwed with my head. When I realised that she, without trying, had exposed me for what I truly was, then I started to try to better myself.
