Have u ever heard about Ewelina Wozniak(SW) or Matěj Peňáz(MW)?
Wozniak(4-0) impressed me in her OKTAGON debut vs Šormová (10-2)

She will have her next fight on OKTAGON 23

Peňáz(2-0) is ranked as #5 MW in Glorykickboxing and is also one of main sparring partners of Jiří Procházka

Nope but I'll happily take a look at them. Cheers.

hang on whats wrong with georgy ?
If you look at Dagestani mma fighters their names are mostly of Arabic, Turkic or Persian origin. If we talk about people of Avar, Dargin, Lak and that kind of origin (but there is examples of Dagestani fighters with names like Artur or Ruslan). So I think parents in Dagestan will name their kid Georgy if they are converted to Christianity or if they are some sort of Atheist trolls.

ok i get ya.

I know he is older than your cut off age but where wlhle you fit Ismailov your list? I know he has a heavy padded record but recent victories over Frolov, Aleksander, and roided monster Shryktov should definitely earn him a spot.

Ismailov can't be a prospect. He throttles Izzy IMO horrible matchup for him. Bobby is prolly his toughest fight. Ismailov is 2 weight champ material already. Yoel would be a superfight IMO

Very high at MW, but as you say he's too old and I don't see him getting much better than he is already, plus he's an admitted juicer.

I think head to head I'd favour him against everyone apart from Mineev on my list at MW if he fought them tomorrow though.

Yoel vs Ismailov in Japan, fucking book it, Coker!

He would have been huge in the UFC for an event in Russia. My understanding is that he is one of the biggest names in Russia, only behind Khabib.

Yeah, he's a big name in that market for sure, but with USADA there's no chance he ever fights in the UFC.

Solomon Renfro

Country - USA
Weight Class - Welterweight
Age : 24
Promotion - CFFC
Record : 7-1

Holy fuck am I ever firmly back on the Renfro hype train after last night! He had to prove himself again after his loss to Mike Mallott in his last fight (a fight he was winning until he got caught), but this was the perfect way to rebound from that.

He took on tough Nick Alley (who was coming off a convincing win over the previously hyped John Gotti III) and just went at him with offence. The kid has speed and hits super hard, he's maybe a little bit reckless sometimes and that might mean he has to tighten things up at a higher level but the potential is all there. Athleticism, speed, power, strength, he has it all.

Crazy amount of personality too. I think he gets on the contender series this summer and potentially becomes the star of the season.

Anton Turkalj

Country - Sweden
Weight Class - Light Heavyweight
Age : 24
Promotion - BRAVE
Record : 7-0

Oh my word, this performance, this performance!

I was already impressed by Turkalj in his last fight, but he took his hype to the stratosphere with this one by getting himself a 15 second spinning back fist knockout. He has an air of a fighting Zlatan Ibrahimovic about him in that he's very calmly cocky about his abilities, but then goes out and does exactly what he said he would do.

I really felt that I could be watching a future superstar when I was watching this fight.

The scramble for his signature begins now.

Jarrah Hussein Al-Silawi

Country - Jordan
Weight Class - Welterweight
Age : 28
Promotion - BRAVE
Record : 16-3

Good performance by Al-Silawi in beating a promising young ex-UFC fighter in Ismail Naurdiev by possibly breaking his leg with leg kicks. He's a weird one in that whenever I watch him he doesn't seem to do anything spectacular, but he keeps breaking guys down and winning and in doing so to Naurdiev and Abdoulragimov he's done it to some quality guys. Probably deserves a big league chance.

I though the spinning backfist was rather flukeish but I like this guy. There are a couple of interesting LHW emerging, fun stuff.

Have you thought about making a list about the prospects currently in big promotions who have the highst ceiling or better chance at taking the belt? That could be a fun list.

I could do maybe, but I suspect that one would cause significantly more arguments lol.

Sorry, Kerimov isnt signing for the UFC anytime soon.

At least he'll be fighting. Hopefully see him against Bibulatov soon.

I also wonder if he might have a UFC release clause in there.
