Tough workout today, but really happy with the deadlift PR. That puts me over 1000 lbs total for the big 3, and it also means that I've set new 1RM's in 3 workouts straight. Still a lot to do in March, I am planning on new PR's in both bench and deadlift by the end of the month. Will post video of the deadlift shortly.
Will be very interested to see if I can keep this pace up since I've started transitioning into a diet this month. However, I am still giving myself 2-3 big, high-carb days (660g carbs) per week to help with recovery for the rest of this month.
