9/8 - AM Workout
Deadlift day - wasn't sure how my hamstring would hold up today, so I stretched & then started with a light warmup - it felt a bit tight so I didn't push it. I switched to light weight/high rep Romanian Deads just to get some blood flowing into the muscle.
