BJJ - 1 Hour.
Really excellent class today. The Monday & Wednesday mornings are going to have a new format, which I really like. brief warmup & then 2 minute rounds, starting from different positions. closed guard, open guard, half guard, side control, mount back control. After twice ith the same partner, you switch to a new partner. No breaks. Killer conditioning & I like the specificity. We finished the hour with 1 5 minute roll. Good times.
