My 41 year old body training log

You need to squat if you're healthy enough for it. Free standing, not in a smith machine. Back/front/whatever. SQUAT.

Do some pull ups/chin ups too. You'll get stronger and your back will probably improve if that's what you're going for.
I do barbell squats every leg workout, forgot to put them on log. My bad. I warm up back with pull ups, and bis with chin ups

Incline dumb 5x12,10,8,6,4
Flat Ben 4x10,8,8,6
Dec Ben 4x10,8,6,4
Dips 4x10
Ca flys 4x10
ABS
Torso twist 4x16,12,8,8
Ca sides 4x10
Side sleds 4x10
8x2 min rounds heavy bag work

I was just messing with you. If what you do works for you then who cares what some random person on the internet thinks?

41 and still training. Hope I can say that in 10 years time.
