LOL, and I thought I was one for smart-ass comments. I agree, you must now purchase the Muscle Milk use DVD to understand the concept of good flavor-systems and how to work them properly.

  7. My protien shake I made tonight tasted amazing, like a milk shake from an icecream place

-Few scoops of my supplement powder (custom, mixed)
    -Chocolate Soy Milk
    -Skim Milk
-Scoop of Chocolate Soy Icecream, which is fucking delcious
    -Bananna
    -Spoonfull of WheatGerm

    It was so fucking good.

That looks like a pretty bitchin, shake, Nizzle. What are the specs on that soy ice cream?

I say you halve the banana, throw in a 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, maybe a touch of honey, and sub some nonfat yogurt for the ice cream if you want to go really healthy.

But I've read your posts in other threads, I can tell you don't need my input on the protein shakes. You're a maestro.

    What flavor?

I found chocolate peanut butter didn't mix too readily. Was grainy. Tasted OK.

I personally disagree with drinking peanut butter anything, in any form. Not sure why, it just doesn't equate in my head.

  11. Hahaha thanks, I try I try.

    Soy icecream:

    1 serving size = half a cup
    130 calories...30 from fat
    Total fat 3.5 grams
    50mg of sodium (like nothing)
    23 carbs
    1 gram fiber
    12 grams of sugar
    4 grams of protien

Ingrediants: Organic soymilk, Organic dehydrated cane juice, organic brown rice syrup, organic safflower oil, organic cocoa, vanilla extract, non-gmo potato sugar, guar gum, carrageenan

It's so good, like better than regular icecream, and I don't have to feel guilty about eatting it or putting it in my shakes. I usually just put in a scoop for my shakes.

  12. yea, that usually works better. go with this suggestion.

You might not feel comfortable with the notion of having peanut butter in a drink, but you should really try it king. It adds alot of flavor, and nutritional values, especially if you use naturaly panut butter.

Muscle Milk is awesome. You really have to develop a tolerance for protein bars and drinks. But once you realize how beneficial they are, you won't care about the taste. I've been gaining a good legit 1 pound a week using muscle milk.

I don't want to drink Peanut Butter. I know how it tastes, I want it in my sandwich, not in liquid form.
