They are sending people with criminal records, links to criminal cells and terrorist cells and all kind of undesirables who they don’t want to keep. So if a first world country is taking in people they will send them before anyone else. Not to open the spand of what those people do, but just to get them the fuck out of their countries and make them the problem of which ever country takes them in.
