Host: What do you make of that fact that, according to people you have seen the leaked IG report, James Comey is in trouble, the former Attorney General is in trouble, and Mr. McCabe is in trouble?

Dershowitz: Several conclusions. One, someone leaked it because he is afraid it's going to get changed and they want people like us to see the original. I hope that Horowitz holds on to the original drafts so that he can be questioned about it. Second, it proves that we never needed a special counsel. We have the inspector general. He is independent. He does a great job. All of this could have been done through the Justice Department. Regular lawyers. You don't need to bring in a multi-million dollar group of people with a target on the back of specific individuals. That's not the way justice should operate.

Host: Doesn't Michael Horowitz have the power to say, "we're not scrapping anything. We're keeping everything in this report as-in"?

Dershowitz: No. He really makes a recommendation. But Congress has the power to say to him, "produce the original report." Let's see what they changed and why they changed it. Now let's call in the people who changed it and find out why it was changed.

Manafort plans to plead guilty to second set of charges

It was not immediately clear if, as part of the plea deal with Mueller, Manafort would cooperate and provide any information to the special counsel’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

A criminal information filed in advance of the plea deal shows that Manafort intends to plead guilty to two crimes of the seven he faced at trial — conspiring to defraud the United States and conspiring to obstruct justice.

The document indicates he will admit to funneling millions of dollars in payments into offshore accounts, in order to conceal his income from the IRS. “Manafort cheated the United States out of over $15 million in taxes,” the information states.

Russia collusion?

"Onetime Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort indicated in a court filing on Friday that he had reached a plea deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller in which he will plead guilty to two criminal counts, allowing him to avoid a trial that had been set to begin next week. The remaining five charges against Manafort will be dropped. He will also forfeit many of his assets as part of the deal; worth about $46 million, they would single-handedly cover the cost of the Mueller investigation."

Witch Hunt rigged against Trump

Even TrumpFox news had the straightforward headline Manafort reaches plea deal with Special Counsel.

This case could have been brought by any team of (cheaper) federal prosecutors and therefore saved us a lot more money.

Seeing as this goes back years for Manafort and his prosecution is due to the SC investigation it’s pretty safe to say he’d been able to keep this going for years.

Well expect Trump to be tweeting about this all weekend and not the hurricane that just hit..

The Federal Government will take in more money than it spent on trying Manafort in fines and property seizing. Other people will claim and be returned some if not much of it. Rightfully so.

Anyway, you're making a ridiculous pork argument. How about Manafort is a now completely admitted criminal to literally EVERYTHING he's been charged with? Total witch hunt!

"Retiring Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Fla., was one of the lone Republicans to lash out at President Trump's tweet Thursday, calling it "dehumanizing" and suggesting that Trump doesn't consider Puerto Ricans American citizens but "brown stepchildren.""

Indeed. Show me evidence to the contrary, Trump supporters.

So Mr. Paul is fully cooperating with the Mueeller...

Trump gonna blow up in a few hours..
