Movsar is in a truly terrible spot. They do Murphy next and he's gonna be sitting on a whole lot of inactivity, which never bodes well for no-names like him.

Movsar and his team know there is no possibility for him to get a titleshot sitting on his ass.
He knows he has to take a fight. Volk himself wanted to fight Movsar and the UFC pushed for him against Pico nonetheless.
Diego vs Evloev 2 is the fight to make.

Movsar needs to prove he can make it to fight night. Murphy has been active, he deserves it more and is more reliable.

If Movsar says no then the UFC will make Yaor or Aljo fight Lopes, Lopes will win and jump Movsar again.
Movsar needs to accept this fight and actually show up.

I think the UFC would be more than happy to give Diego another chance to assassinate Evloev from the title picture.

Could happen honestly. Movsar is awkward on the feet and the scrambles in their first fight were incredible. Diego is def. able to pull it off.
But Evloev is an underrated striker imo. He's slicker than people give him credit for.
Either way, thats a badass fight. Has to be a five-rounder too this time around.

I don’t think so, there’s a chance lopes beats evloev for sure, but I feel like the ufc would use his stardom pre-TS on a fighter with a fan-friendly style like Yair, they already have beef anyway

This is a MUST. If its not a main event in front of a live crowd, it would be a great co-main to a PLE, perhaps under Khamzat in FEB.
I imagine Topturio & Kayla/Nunes will kick off the Paramount deal.

Not opposed to it, but Murphy has been putting in work while Movsar fights once per year and has pulled out of 5 fights since the plandemic

I feel you but Movsar being unreliable he’s well overdue, his resume is solid right now. I just couldn’t justify a Murphy title shot, he has zero quality wins.
Lopes, Aljo, Allen, etc. those are some premium wins.
