Mousasi calling out 47 year old Anderson for a boxing fight is weak

Anyone else feels this way?

Anderson is hilariously past his prime, and has been for so many years now. The man has a steel leg, impaired movement, and a very deteriorated chin and speed... he can still win boxing fights thanks to his technical prowess and against slow plodding part time fighters like Chavez Jr. but shouldn't be sanctioned to fight someone like Gegard.

Mousasi is 10 years younger and should be focusing on getting his ass back to the UFC and fighting for the title IMO. He can still do it and has some years left to compete at the highest level.

Weak stuff.

War Spider!
Hadn't heard this but its not like Moose has a significant boxing background. Anderson has done well and Chavez is the same age as Moose, and won a fight after the Anderson fight.

Anderson vs Tito in boxing should never have been sanctioned.
Vitor vs Evander should never have been sanctioned.
What's wrong with Moose and Anderson making some cash to box?

Anderson would beat him so it’s not that bad of a call out. Moose fans are the most delusional of all fan bases

Jake Paul would KO Silva if that fight was sanctionable. No one would sanction this fight today. Paul is knocking out younger more recent mma fighters than Silva with great regularity
who would that be Woodley and Askren?

Which MMA fighter would you expect to be more likely to be KO'd in boxing. Put them in order from most likely KO'd to least:

A. Ben Askren
B. Tyron Woodley
C. Anderson Silva

If you answered anything but A. B. C. you are crazy.

Yeah but Anderson's allowed to take his supplements again in boxing, look how well he did in his last 2 boxing matches

it is weak calling out anderson 15 years after his prime yet Silva would soundly beat Mousasi even at age 50.
No he wouldn't
Prime mousasi beats android
Izzy who is 15 years younger fought a old andriod .

Its a cool fight, Anderson is 2-0 in boxing since leaving and looked good. Plus its prob a huge payday why not

IMO It is a far more fair fight than if it was MMA.
At least there's no grappling, and Silva is the more skilled striker.

To be quite honest, it is a far more intriguing fight than Silva fighting other retired names out there...

Stick to their ages and recency with mma. Don’t over complicate things. One usually does when losing an argument.

I am trolling here jeez

Since Jake Paul wants nothing to do with him, there's nothing I'd like to see more than Anderson retire and never fight again.
So far Anderson Silva is the only mma fighter to win vs a former champion pro boxer in boxing. MMA community still needs Anderson Silva fighting and boxing. He's one of the few mma fighters that can actually transition into boxing even at his older age. Without him it would be all losses. The Evander Hollyfield fight doesn't count, that shouldn't have been sanctioned.

Yeah from a fans perspective it would have been better for him to stay and see if he could win the UFC title, but he has to do what is best for him.
If he won a ufc title obviously it would have been better for him to stay.
