Most technical fight in MMA history?

Robbie vs Rory 2. Everyone remembers it as a bloody war, which it was, but not from any sort of brawling.

It was all well timed straight shots, masked kickeds, counters. Even when Robbie was hurt Rory stayed technical & threw a short hooks & a beautiful timed/placed switch-knee. Great battle of footwork between 2 great strikers in their peak form.

Cejudo vs Mighty Mouse, the grappling in that fight was next level.

In 2014 around fall there was a fight I cannot rediscover but was the most amazing display of JiuJitsu I've ever seen by two ufc competitors...

I think they were 145-180lbs, white and european???

I remember I watched it with my ex and had been training 15+ hours a week at the time and was blown away.

In all fairness it could have been as late as spring 2015... Based on the house we were living in at the time.

I know it probably doesn’t fall in the same category of your post, but Belcher VS Palhares is one of my favorites. Belcher gave no fucks about Palhares’ game and just went into the belly of the beast and used his technique to avoid the traps and get in position to finish the fight when everyone was saying you can’t beat him unless you avoid the leg entanglements.

Mighty Mouse vs Tatsumitsu Wada
GSP vs Bisping

these are my picks based on criteria that fights had to display elite striking+wrestling+BJJ and clinch fighting
