Most damage taken in a career?

To me it’s a pretty strange contrast that the LW’s and HW’s seem to take the most damage:

Cowboy, Holloway, BJ, Diego, Frankie
Stipe, Reem, Big Nog, JDS, Big Country

Honorable mentions: Chuck, Bisbing

Mark “THE HEMATOMA” Hominick

Looks nasty, but I don;t think it's all that bad long term.

Saku.
Liddell (defense via face, through all the healthy years is part of this)
Overeem
Big Nog

Sanchez, Overreem, MacDonald, Gaethje, leonard garcia, Chris Leben

Should be noted sometimes he wouldn't even have camps and his training consisted of going out to the woods to breath and meditate, literally doing no training. That Razor Rob ko ...ugh
Tx! I didn't know that.

There are so many. Look at guys who have been KO'd a lot or cut a lot...

Nick Diaz
Gary Goodridge
Sean Salmon
Big Foot Silva
JDS
Damage himself
Diego Sanchez
Overeem
Liddell at the end
Tony Ferguson lately
Marcus Davis
James Vick
Ben Saunders
Mark Kerr
Jake Elenberger
Big Nog
Kevin Randleman

There are a shit ton. Hard to say who has taken the most damage...tried to mix old and new...

It's hard to get hold of negative stats, like who has absorbed the most strikes, but I genuinely think it must be Diego Sanchez. It would take a lot of research, but it could be worked out. The fact that Sanchez has literally had a mid-career mental collapse in full view of the public eye says enough for me.

He had a mid-career mental collapse in full view of the public eye ? vid?

Dan the Human Punching Bag Hooker

I only recall one fight where he looked like a human punching bag. From what I remember, in general he either loses quickly or gives as good as he gets.

Not sure if legit, but seems about right.

Don Frye took a bit, i havent seen him mentioned and also know others have taken more.

Shogun has taken too much damage. With training at chute boxe, the wars, beatdowns and mileage, that must be taking its toll
