Well, I'm an oldtimer, so I would go back to UFC 15.5, where a young, unknown fighter named Sakuraba was fighting Marcus Silviera. In the first round, Silveira landed a good punch, and Sakuraba dived for a takedown. Referee John McCarthy thought Sakuraba was going down face first from the punch and jumped in and stopped the fight. Sakuraba jumped up and complained, and after some discussion, it was decided that McCarthy stopped it to soon, and they had to refight that night. Sakuraba ended up submitting Silveira in less than 2 minutes in the rematch. You would never see that nowadays!

The first few minutes of this fight are quite bizarre. This video doesn't show Sudo's crazy entrance to the ring, either. I'd love to have seen prime Sudo vs. prime Tony Ferguson, as TFerg did some weird stuff as well. Or Michel Pereira.
