Who here remembers Joe Lauzon v Gabe Reudiger?

Not as amazing as this classic, though:
Poor Gabe...

when i think of hard nosed resilience, cruz is the poster childReally underrated performance, but Dom Cruz coming back from a long hiatus and just blasted through Mizugaki. Miz was super tough and Cruz wasn't excatly a finisher but that was a fucking statement. Joe Rogan said after the fight "The looked like a world champion to me"
Khabib vs Barboza

Such a good pick. Randy has so many of these in his career. How the hell he managed to beat Gonzaga who had just flawless victory'd Cro Cop, I will never know.Randy vs Chuck 1.. that was amazing, pure and utter beatdown, everyone was picking Chuck to win that fight and Randy was getting old and just came off some bad loses to Barnett and Rico, that fight was all about Chuck vs Tito, and Randy was an afterthought and body to beat
Randy beat up Chuck badly in that fight, not just wrestling, but he was winning the striking clearly, Chuck got hit so much in that fight. Randy looked amazing
I see what you're saying as far as "moments" but they are not just moments. The showtime kick alone was a moment. Most amazing PERFORMANCE, not most amazing MOMENT, right? Silva getting the shit kicked out of him for four rounds isn't exactly a stellar performance. Same for Rampage getting nearly chopped down with low kicks and flash KO'd with an upkick from Arona up to the powerbomb. Those are big turnarounds, not amazing performances, at least not as I understand that term.
For me, my brain immediately goes to Ken Shamrock's second win over Bas Rutten in Pancrase, Cro Cop's annihilation of Wanderlei in the OWGP, and Randy Couture's dismantling of Chuck Liddell in their first fight. Those are my three favorite fighters and those performances are nearly flawless victories.

Rampage and Silva staying in there and coming back to win via finish is a stellar showing or heart, resolve and wherewithal so yes they are performances for sure.
Flawless victories can be stellar especially when it's vs a top tier opponent but IMO a brutal back n forth or come from behind win is more impressive. BJ Penn dismantled everyone when he won which is amazing but coming back through adversity is something else
