Hard to get to excited about MK any more. I'm sure I'll pick it up eventually.
 
I might get the PC version of MK9 just for the mods.

Nowandays 30 isn't a gigantic number for a fighting game. And MK9 had a great balance between fighters overall.

If they cut the number of fighters, many would be pissed if one of their favorite fighters are cut. And what about new characters that no one gives a shit about filling those spaces?

Hopefully a few characters that no one gives a shit about (Stryker, Shiva, etc) are replaced with new additions. (Which was the case in MK4,5,&6)
 
Always preferred Sub Zero to any character.


Remember the days of being a kid, and playing MK against my brother. He always chose Scorpion.

Full Roster? No chance. They're going to milk teasing who's going to be in it for an entire year.

Agreed. It was a tease. I would have preferred a taste of what the story was going to include, especially after the depressing cliffhanger they left the last game with.

No MK2? Seriously?

MK4 was alright, an interesting experiment but there's no question that 2D is better than 3D for MK.

Maybe a very distant 3rd. It certainly didn't age as well as some of the other fighting games from that era.

MK4 wasn't much better than War Gods which was released several months prior. Both games seemed to use the same engine with War Gods using a 3D button.

If weren't counting non-fighting games, I thought Shaolin Monks was ok.

How about percentage of each percentage of whites/blacks that listen to hip hop?

Anyway, I doubt they'll be any hip hop in the main game. Thankfully.
