MMA fighters are poor

Good. We need them hungry and violent. A comfortable life makes you soft and weak.

So there's like 600 fighters. I bet 5-10% made more than a million bucks in a few years.

That's better than the overall population.

But yeah, they could bump up a bit the entry level guys. Top guys get paid good enough for people who fight once or twice a year.

I don't think 10% made a milion. Maybe 5% in their whole UFC career. Probably not. A lot of people get cut.

I'd fight for the UFC if I could. Just crazy how Dubois got 70 mils. Lol fucking Daniel Dubois.

Boxers youve never heard of would do backflips for 10/10. Boxing pay is great for the top, but not so much for the others. The quality of fighter of a guy like Kevin Holland probably makes more in the ufc than his comp does in boxing.

This is true, and it's not only the actual purse. I train at a boxing gym and one of their trainer mates was boxing coach for an Aussie UFC fighter. They got looked after in terms of flights, accommodation, food and stuff, none of that happens in boxing, all those costs are on you.

Then sherdoggers get their panties in a bundle when the most decorated guy in the sport asks for $30 million..

What would these fighters be getting paid if they didn't fight?

Maybe they should choose other life opportunities.

Adults don't get victims status for their own life choices.

i think most fighters are poor. only like the top 1% in the world make any money.

Billionaires feel poor around trillionaires
Who the fuck is a trillionaire?

anyway i doubt a billionaire or a millionaire ever feels poor. Its just competitiveness, wanting something that someone else has, that might make one of them feel a certain way about shit. Its not like they cant afford something, its just might take them longer to get it, or they take a bigger hit to buy it outright.

Saudi Royal Family.

Most people are poor. And in debt.
Actually, global debt is over 300 trillion $. We owe this money to ourselves.

You must have missed Phil Baroni's "Lifestyles of the RIch and Famous" video from all those years ago.

Although I do agree that the mid-top tier fighters these days do okay.
I mean that was then and the only place you hear grumbling about fighter pay is in the wnba these days meaning something has clearly changed for the better.
That being said, when Phil was at his best he was in my top 5. Pure roid rage and over the top cockiness.

There's more personal dignity in boxing though.

To want to just cast off all of the strictures of a healthy society and say, "Yeah! I'm going to only wear shorts and wiggle around on THAT guy until I emerge VICTORIOUS!!"... sorry, but there's a price to pay for doing that. And part of that price is that you're not going to get paid as much.

Best eva!

Thats how Boxing is. UFC spreads money better with whole card.

Also their was a big payout from the Class action recently. Hundreds of UFC fighters got six figures and alot of headliners/co mains got into millions. They cant complain about pay anymore.
