I have the same thought but one fucking weirdo from my high school became a member of parliament in Canada. His bio reads like a lot of politicians but the difference is that I knew this guy - fuckin LOL. So the gen-X politicians are cut out of the same mold as other generations.

I would have thought he'd be voted 'most likely to be rolled for his lunch money', and not elected to the highest level of government in Canada FML.
