$8.99 for quad view HD. I watched it with five other people. Split the cost of the booze and BBQ we bought. We talked between fights and had a great time. We were all happy we didn't have to hear Rogan or DC in between every bout. I was more than okay with it.

The biggest issues I had was the unending stream of Blink 182; and the Cruz retirement leading into three fucking promos/vignettes before a single fight began, only for them to go back to the booth and ask Weidman, Bisping and Cruz for fight picks, which they did earlier. Get rid of the promos and we're done an hour early.

Zero issues with the app as well. I get to watch football on P+ too. No complaints.

Like Ariel said on his podcast, the UFC started an hour earlier to try and keep things moving and ending earlier, and it stopped at around the same time it normally would have. They just threw in a ton of ads and random banter to fill up the rest of the time.

The pacing was bad and felt very CBS NFL paced.

100 minutes in on the main card they had only done 2 fights.

Even with the main card starting a hour earlier than normal it still finished almost the same time that the old PPVs did

Mfer they done the Cruz video package for the hall of fame, and then he's up there with Bisping and that at the desk, reflecting on his career and stuff. It was a great moment.

Then fucking paramount plus just switches to a screen saying the stream is over.

So annoying. My goat is talking about a big moment for him and they just flick the switch.

Tbh when i watch ufc i dont sit at the tv watching everything for 5 hours or whatever. Ill go do other things and watch the actual fights when theyre happening. So i dont really care what they put on inbetween the time space.

I did think the promos i caught tonight were really bad though. And the music felt off.

I think theyll get better at it. First fox show was a shitshow too. Once they do a dozen shows or so ill have an opinion about it.
