Miocic's resume is overrated

Stipe's resume is solid & legitimate. Him beating DC 2x, Ngannou, & Werdum is enough said. Adding on Cigano, Reem, & Hunto is no joke either.

Absolutely not.

Prime Pav got beaten by shell of Reem. And plz don't say Pav wasn't prime. His game and skillset has not changed.

Pav and Volkov might beat AA but that's it.

Ricco and Randy were much better wrestlers with better striking than Blaydes. Blaydes is merely a bit bigger that's it.

Frank Mir subs all of them. Randy decisions all of them. Ricco wins decision or TKO via gnp on all of them. Carwin KOs all of them.

Sylvia KOs or decisions all of them.

Tai Tuivasa would likely lose to Randleman and Coleman for crying out loud
LOL at Prime Pav, he was 12 fights into his MMA career after only starting 3yrs prior. Your first fight is against a Veteran like Overeem who has all the experience over Pav, and you considered Pavlovich in his prime. Your prime threads and posts always has a narrative. Hell you even add Fabricio to a list of PrideFC who beat UFC fighters but omit Gabriel Gonzaga in that list when both Werdum and Gonzaga’s both entered the higher leagues fighting, Gonzaga and Werdum both major league orgs with the same amount of fights in the same year, but you don’t add him because Gonzaga put CroCop out, so you discount his career and win.

You’re one of the worst nostalgic zealots on this site when it comes re arranging your positive outlook for the reasons why your precious favorites loss.

I’m still shocked you think a fighter who’s 3 years into his MMA career and 12 bouts in has it all figured out and is in his prime. Using your logic, Tito Ortiz beat Prime Wanderlei Silva.

washed up Overeem dropped him and instead of tko'ing he tried to choke him out, who later got knocked out by taps.
the rest are also washed up, Ngannou's resume before fighting Stipe is better because he beat blaydes twice and rozenstruik along with washed up fighters
Cormier was around 40 when he fought and his cardio failed him in his last 2 fights
Anyone who doesn't respect Stipe Miocic as a former Champ and in his prime was a great contender is an idiot or ignorant.

Stipe I like the guy, but he was never exactly impressive in those fights with Daniel. 3rd fight maybe a little bit more so although that fight was boring without much happening. Lot of pushing on the fence. The second fight, he pretty much stood in the pocket for three rounds got hit with bombs. DC pretty much got tired from wailing on him. The bodywork was impressive. I’ll give him that.
You'll give him that? What a f**.

Youre over thinking things way too much. Me saying Pav was in his prime is a bit of tongue in cheek. It's using the same logic current sherbros use which is all based on age.

That being said Pav has more experience now but he hasn't shown much improvement in his game. I'm not convinced he's more than a big dude with KO power

Not sure what you mean about the Werdum Gonzaga thing

Can't believe somebody said DC was in his prime form against Stipe in this thread lol. If that's the case Stipe must have been in his prime form against Jon Jones

Wasn't that around the time he was blowing out his back sneezing

Leading up to the Derrick Lewis fight which ultimately led to back surgery for a herniated disc. DC went on record and said he should've never fought past 2018. IDK how anybody can say that version of DC was of any resemblance to the one that fought at LHW and especially in Strikeforce.

The one that showed up was obese and pushing 40 with a bad back.
