then you have a guy getting shot and having a weapon planted on camera in charleston SC....no riots. a guy with his hands up laying on his back gets shot. no riots.

Yeah it's crazy. Public unrest for those incidents would be perfectly understandable. But rioting over shit like this is flabbergasting.
