pierce got boo'd hard for his performance wich really was unwarranted, seth looked like a girl in the clinch even though he towered over pierce, mike also rocked seth standing.. just another case of uneducated fans looking over the fact pierce is strong and has a fkn awesome power double.

the fight was a straight up snoozer. pierce was extremely inactive and blankety from top position

better than a loss but that performance didnt do much for pierce

It's sad how the scoring criteria really favors the wrestlers who like to get in top position but not really work and just try and bump you with little elbows, while the guy on his back is landing way more strikes and being much more offensive, but the guy in top position wins just because.. well.. he's on top so it looks good to the judges. I still had Pierce winning the 1st and 2nd, but he did absolutely nothing in the 3rd from top position and I don't like seeing guys just taking guys down and being inactive just to wait out the clock.

Only Bas Rutten can win decisions by strikes off his back apparently.
