This was all Covid-19 related. Mike doesn't appreciate people not socially distancing and he is going to make sure they learn. Mike says this guy touched him during a pandemic. I am all for it. Some lady moved my cart out of her way in the grocery store this weekend and I about laid her out.

In.....Alright after careful analysis of the video, I have reached a conclusion...Old Man played a stupid game and won a stupid prize.


Perry tells the old man, "ill knock your ass out", what does the "rational" old man do? , he answers "lets do it motherfucker", while initiating the fight via going forward trying push/bum rush Perry........Yeah the old man played a fucking stupid game and got his ego checked.


Now is Perry right in what he did? No, he obviously needs better self control but Im not gonna feel bad for the old fat guy...The idiot decided to square up with a UFC fighter , what do you expect is gonna happen? Even if he didn't know he was a fighter, he decided to square up against a bigger/younger/stronger/obviously alittle bit crazy dude, the guy was truly delusional for squaring up against em.


There is more to the story, seems like Perry fucked up alot before this clip tho.



So yeah don't compare this to the cowardily act Conor did against the old guy.....The old man denied a drink, Conor sucker punched em...No warning, nada, no squaring up by the old man.

This incident will serve as a test of how much the UFC likes Perry. It's a bad look for him, and indirectly them, but not an out and out disaster. If they like him enough, they could play the anger management card and wait until the outrage dies down.

The "outrage" comes from the media and some of the public, not from me. Mike should have walked away earlier, but the other guy was the aggressor.

The guy he hit before the old man was warned to maintain social distance but would not and eventually touched Mike. What would you have done if you were seriously concerned about covid-19 and someone purposely did that to you? I hope the first guy got his teeth knocked out. This qualifies as self-defense.

There's a good chance Perry gets in trouble over this. Apparently he already hit somebody because someone laid their hands on him in a way to try and calm him down. Then he doesn't want to leave the scene if they called the cops for it. His girlfriend wants him out of there and he seems to lay his hands on her. That's when the "fat motherfucker" charges forward saying "No no no" and Perry then lays him out. Perry's girl is now real hot with him, bitch slaps him and walks away.

It is Florida and they have some lenient laws when it comes to violence so maybe nothing will happen but it appears to me Perry hit two guys that tried to break stuff up.

I think it was in Lubbock Texas. Not sure. His girlfriend Latory Gonzalez lives in Lubbock Texas. (she's the shorter girl, black top).
The girl in the pink top wasn't his gf, it's one of his group though. Friend of his I guess, or friend of his gf or something.
I think given her (good) attempts to fix the situation she is probably just a friend of Perrys.

I believe they split their time between Lubbock Texas and somewhere in Florida. He has stated that he wants to move to Florida to train properly (South Florida I guess, probably American Top Team).

“'Platinum' Mike Perry -- a star in the UFC -- punched an elderly man in the face at a Texas restaurant Tuesday night in a violent, angry rage ... and the entire incident was caught on video.

Witnesses tell TMZ Sports ... the whole thing started when Perry got into a physical altercation with someone at his table at the Table 82 restaurant in Lubbock, TX around 10:30 PM on Tuesday night.

We're told a restaurant staffer approached Perry -- who had been ordering Berry Mojitos -- and asked him to leave the restaurant.

But instead of leaving, the witness says Perry PUNCHED the employee in the eye. We're told the employee suffered injuries.“

Also the fact that ESPN MMA twitter stream commented on it (see below) and specifically mentioned that Perry was using the N-word is bad news for Perry.
Why? Because let me tell you, ESPN is a very very politically-correct company. They bleep out EVERY swear words on interviews etc. If a UFC fighter is caught on tape (even in a private situation like this) using the N-word then ESPN will hate that, and that means the UFC will hate that too.
My prediction is that Perry gets disciplined by the UFC for this. -- I expect they'll suspend him.
Keeping ESPN happy is very important for Dana.

He should not be getting into street fights. Self defense or not, why not put him in a hold until security arrive? He can easily do that. Perhaps take him down and control him? The old guy didn't even throw a punch, for fuck sake.

Ya'll missing the real story ya hear, the elderly Texan man was just upset that Mr. Perry was ditching Texas for Florida, and you don't do Texas dirty like that. His only mistake was making fun of Perry's elegant and distinguished 19th century style of speak..
