That assault charge won't stick though, that is almost guranteed. He'll either fight it, or plead down to something miniscule.

Ah kk, wasn't really sure how these things go, figured he could plead down to like a fine for something else. Happened to a buddy of mine afetr a fistfight outside the bar. He won and got charged, but then they just plead it down to something silly and he got probation.
