I still remember the first time I saw Perry fight. I was curious because of the Platinum memes and my first thought while watching was "Wait a moment, all I see here is a fairly muscular guy slowly plodding forward. What am I missing?"

The saddest thing is Mike seemed to have all the potential early on, he definitely had the raw physical attributes, plenty of power, decent chin, fairly good hands, strong as an ox. He also had those untrained intangibles, killer instinct, has that natural propensity for violence, and he was a good finisher, seemingly all the potential in the world pissed away being a caricature of Florida man, it’s a damn shame.
