Swedish prosecutors have indicted a 21-year-old woman for breaking aviation laws after she blocked the deportation of an Afghan asylum seeker earlier this year.

But the Swedish prosecutor’s office announced on Friday that the activist will be charged with “violations of aviation law,” according to Swedish media.

Best part of the story for me though:

Following the incident in July Swedish police confirmed that the man being deported had been handed a prison sentence for assault. He was later kicked out of the country despite her efforts to block his deportation.
