Yeah, when you space it out, it is pretty much most of her career.

I think she is maturing as most of us do. She is still young in real years just not in mma years. I read before Woodley fight that Robbie had taken like 600 strikes in last 2 years. Tate has taken a bunch too. Even against Holly her best performance she got hit a bunch.

Nunes is cool and I support her. but I "follow" Miesha since strikeforce.



Yeah, maybe her game have flaws, but I admire her heart. The way she fought Holly and won that fight give me chills. Maybe there's women better than Miesha in the game, but I really can't help in root for her.

In Holm fight I was divided cause I like both women, but I was rooting for Holm slightly more because her kicked Ronda's ass, still when Miesha put up the upset I felt she deserved the glory of hold the belt.

Oh she definitely worked for it. Four (five?) fight win streak all against top ten comp, then hung in against a much better striker until she could secure the choke.

I think I said this before, but that night she needed to fight the fight of her life.

No, Miesha tried keeping a hand down to keep Cat from kneeing her. Zingano was having none of that. It was close, but she pulled her up just enough so her hand was not quite touching the mat and blasted her.

Then, of course, Tate posts a pic on the internet bitching about it. But, of course, it was before the knee hit. A frame by frame analysis shows that the knee was legal.

I remember Benson doing that to Masvidal in their fight. It's pretty effective from that front head choke position.

I mean, Tate (and I respect her toughness, she is amazing in scrambles, and has the best ass in MMA) has a long history of playing games with people. Or that shit she pulled posting a gas station attendant's number on her facebook page because the girl pissed her off and then her fans could harass her.

Then Miesha and Bryan reportedly stood in a corner and laughed as Cat got upset about it. Cat talked about it in an interview and it was witnessed by others in attendance so I tend to believe it happened as described.

She continued fighting because she had no choice, as soon as she sniffed her biggest payday she quit and emigrated to Canada.

I agree. She is more of the humble warrior than the mistakes she has made. I thought she was great on Ultimate Fighter.

She did not move to Canada but if she did, how is that relevant?

Well everybody has called her "so mentally tough" for years, yet as soon as she gets 7 figures she quits and emigrates to Canada? I think the only reason she continued to fight was because she had no other options, she doesn't strike me as somebody who'd be successful in a different career.

Her skill set making her one of the best in the world just shows us that the talent pool in WMMA is horrendous. And if WMMA does draw huge ratings (I haven't paid attention to the ratings for her fights), it just goes to show you that UFC fans are so easily convinced by Zuffa, Rogan and co that WMMA is "elite"
