The system understands the hypergamous nature of women and the polyamorous nature of men, and have created mechanisms to punish bad boys by making them pay child support. The punishment for women is implied in the duty they bear rearing children by themselves, so there is no need to take additional punitive measures.

As bad as the system is for not being able to stop women from making poor decisions, it could be a lot worse if there were no repercussions for guys making poor decisions. It would just incentivize more of the same promiscuous behavior; which is what MGTOW is trying to peddle to the aggrieved and uninformed.

I do have to say though that the establishment looking down on this movement seems quite hypocritical to me consider I think they ultimately created it. The root really for me is a focus on individual egotism over everything else and ultimately that's what the establishment has been pushing from the 80's onwards.

None of that is true. I'm not attractive, am white, and can get a woman to go home with me at any outing. Hell, I don't even try anymore since I'm married but still women hit on me all the time. Maybe because I carry myself like a man and not a self hating loser that thinks the government is out to get me.
 
MGTOW, Incels, men’s rights movements, etc., are all super gay and incredibly stupid.

That said, there is a whole generation of women out there who are just vacuous. So that’s not helping. The baby boomers all raised their daughters to believe they were princesses and that they are justified in anything they do as long as they rationalize it to themselves, very much like baby boomers rationalize acting solely in their own best interest even if it directly hurts others.
 
People that have decided to embrace their insecurities, and even base their entire being around them. Instead of, you know, working on their social skills.

I mean there are plenty of women who buy into the same egotism but I think you see it most prominently in men, the whole "Alpha" movement is basically an obsession of dominance and ego, men who never advance beyond the level of teenagers morally and glory in it.

And I just wanted to add that we are going to see an increasing number of these weird groups.

People are not going to like this point of view but I think it is the consequence of living in globalised,consumerist, multicultural societies. People just need more, they need to belong, and to feel as part of a community. When family values are gone, no religion or sense of belonging as well, they create all these weird groups, if they are not de facto part of a possible group, i.e. being part of an ethnic minority.

And yeah, straight white guys in Murrca are certainly the left overs of this "group race" so it is only natural that they also try to form thei own group.

I blame turbo-capitalism for this as well as media and political parties that have been reenforcing this artificial division of society for a good decade now.

In the end it has the effect of making the corporate world even more powerful.
