For sure. Like I had mentioned... the guy that played Lyle and Kim Kardashian were together at the prison last weekend. Not entirely sure what they were doing but I wouldn't be surprised if she was pushed to get them exonerated. That seems to be a big thing of hers lately with prisoners.

It wasnt specifically about the Menendez case, it was a group discussion that they were a part of that was based on how to reform prisons to help with rehabilitation and recidivism because the Menendez Bros have a program called Greenspace that helps teach prisoners life skills through landscaping and beautifying their prison surroundings

Rapists deserve the death penalty....Especially ones that do it to kids. I wish there is a special place in hell for those fucks as an agnostic person.

The small amount of evidence could have been fabricated after the fact, including the photo and hersey. They didn't even decide to say anything about molestation or rape until they were cornered basically. This didn't look like a crime of passion at all to me. In fact, dentists now-a-days are trained to look for it as signs of abuse) would be tough to fabricate. They wrote, the cousins first hand account of weird shit when they stayed there, the mom telling her therapist “our family has sick and embarrassing secrets“ testamonies from Different cousins, a neighbor who said jose Showed him child porn and was entertained by it, multiple other victims of Jose coming forward, a madam testifying she sent Jose young looking girls bc he wanted them underage and petite, Those girls coming back scared and beaten, The brothers were both evaluated in jail by some of the most well respected child abuse, rape and trauma experts and criminologists in the country and they all concluded that they had both been severely psychologically maltreated, molested and abused. We’re talking 50 witnesses all testifying over the span of 5 months. Teachers, coaches, friends, familu

The throat injury was compatible with somebody falling down with something in their mouth. It was discussed in court during the second trial

The rest of this is essentially hearsay developed over the course of 8-25 years by a bunch of people that didn't even live near the family and apprantly argued with jose often. Also, there were many people that testified on behalf of the parents in the second trial that actually knew them very well too. Even people that Lyle sends letters to trying to get them to lie on his behalf

At the same time, they were 21 and 19 years old when they did it. What's some middle-aged man going to do to a couple of grown adults?

The claims were that they were sexually abused as children. People don't act rationally after going through scuffed shit like that.

Why does it take a tv show for legal things to happen? There have been a few high profile cases where legal action happens suspiciously close to some kind of show or documentary coming out. It makes me wonder just how motivated by pop culture the legal system is.
