It does create quite the odd imbalance in discourse. You'll have people who will call you racist, homophobic, bigot, whatever, all without a lick of proof... But if you call them the g word, when they're literally strongly in favour of kids stuffing dollar bills into the g string of a man twerking in front of a "It's not going to lick itself" sign, and you get an infraction and not them. At least it helps identify the really scummy posters you wouldn't want your kids around.

Here's the best part. I got two PM's from two different members here just prior to the ban. They both warned me that they also got their dubs from posting on "Groomers" and that I should remove the post. I responded that my post was benign and if it was really that bad? I hit send the notification of the ban came in upon the refresh. They were 100% right. lol

This is also happening all over the net right now. Twitter is one example, but virtually all political boards run by Left leaners has this going on.

'It's a forbidden word. Don't post it. I'll leave it like that.'

In all my time on Sherdog I can't recall rule made specifically to protect a single group from legitimate criticism.

Well due to that new rule and the very shady wasy it was put in place with no explanation or rational as to why, in the last 24 hours I went from someone who would go out of the way to not get banned to honestly not giving a shit if I was.

I am quite certain if you look at the 5 newest mods one or more of them are the root cause.

Imagine cracking down more on saying the word groomer than those actually supporting the act itself.

This isn't a Reddit tier rule it's a Tumblr tier one, which is even worse.
